McClelland Farm 1840

We are the McClelland Family who have been farming in the Outaouais region of Quebec for six generations first arriving in the early 1830s. We farm cattle, chickens, sheep and a variety of fresh produce. We hope to share something of our lifestyle with you through our written words and posted photos

  1. Thank you for your emails reminding me of the Wakefield market over the past year. I’ve enjoyed the journal notes almost as much as your veggies and hen fruit :-))

  2. Hey! Greetings from Peru 🙂 I learned about this blog at my english class today. By the way,James Mc Clelland is my teacher. Quite interesting to know how is farming life in Canada.
